We live in a 1 1/2 story house built in 1919. Our bathroom's ceiling is currently set up along the roof line and we would like to get a shed dormer to utilize the entire space. Currently can't fully stand to take a shower. We're looking at just building a dormer with a window and keeping the existing fixtures, claw foot tub and plumbing.

I would like to convert a 2 car garage into a living room. This would include removing the garage door and adding a window and siding. Also, we would like to add a shower to the existing 1/2 bathroom. (we would need to extend the bathroom into the garage area by 4 feet to make room for the stand up shower)

New vanity tops and sinks for 3 bathroom. 1t is small 1/2 bath with small one sink vanty. It has a new sink so just looking for vanity top. 2nd is 2 sink vanity top and a new white toilet. 3rd one sink long vanity and a new white toilet. Looking at updating for future sale of home. Not looking for top line granite etc.

We have a 5x8 bathroom that needs complete remodel/replacement - drywall walls and ceiling, install ceiling fan, install tub (only have shower stall now), replace vanity, replace flooring. Owner will purchase tub, vanity, med cabinet, fan, etc. Willing to do own tear-out if necessary.

Hello. I am trying to find out how much it would cost to convert my 3rd bedroom into a single car (attached) garage. It was once a garage but was converted into a third bedroom so it is built to be a garage in the first place. I think all it would be is ripping down the front and putting in the track and door. Older Home....Basement has mold on all four walls. Needs completly redone from top to bottom. Would also like to add a 1/2 bath and laundry room.
